Detention Watch Network and Rights Working Group Detention Ongoing Roundtable on Detention, Washington, DC

To facilitate effective advocacy, DWN and RWG organize a periodic Detention Roundtable as an opportunity to share what advocates are doing on various detention-related issues and see how we can work together and strengthen our efforts. The meetings provide brief updates about the current status of various detention issues and include time for discussion about potential policy "asks" and messaging to assist advocates in our work.

The Detention Watch Network's goal is to facilitate the sharing of information. The Rights Working Group directly advocates for policy changes and facilitates the effective response of allies.

For questions or more information about the next roundtable, please contact Andrea Black at ablack@detentionwatchnetwork.org or 202-339-9354.
