Detention Center Abuses Flyer for Community Advocacy

Attached is a flyer that was used for a campaign against a proposed detention center in Gaston County, North Carolina.
The commissioners there visited a "model" ICE detention center in upstate NY, and the local North Carolina community wanted to show the downside of detention centers on communities in terms of abuse, mismanagement, corruption, etc. The flyer was created by Grassroots Leadership with information contributed by DWN members about five detention centers around the country.
