MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND MEMBER RENEWAL FORM
Before you apply, please read the Criteria for Membership.
To apply, complete the DWN Application and return to DWN along with your first dues payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your application to be processed. All applications are reviewed and approved by a membership subcommittee.
If you want to renew your membership, please fill out the DWN Membership Renewal Form and return to DWN along with your dues.
Membership Dues
DWN has annual memberships in the following categories:
| Individual | $75.00 a year |
| Students | $20.00 a year |
| Current/former detainee and family members | $5.00 a year |
Organizational dues are on a sliding scale according to an organization’s budget. Please note there is a $100 minimum dues for organizations. For more information, click here.
