Volunteer Advocates for Immigrant Justice (VAIJ) is a pro bono legal representation project in the Seattle area that offers free legal assistance to detained immigrants seeking asylum or other forms of relief before the immigration courts. VAIJ currently operates a Legal Orientation Program for unaccompanied children in immigration proceedings in the custody of the Office for Refugee Resettlement (ORR) in Washington State.
